What I can do for you

My specialty is individual coaching in any of the following areas.

Dating – one of my niche areas of coaching, how best to go about finding your partner.

• Relationships – working with you to create stronger and healthier working relationships in your life.  This can be with your partner, it can be with your friends or your boss.

• Learning new skills e.g:- the ability to express yourself fully.

• Re-gaining your identity – e.g:- after the break up of a relationship, after having children or in general.

• Creating a life that makes you feel fully alive – doing more of what you love.

• Career – what you need to do in order to get what you want.  Setting new goals, brainstorming and re-focusing.

• Notice your strengths and allowing the past to be the past.

I offer individual coaching sessions on the phone and face to face.

Coaching packages

Stardust package: 4 x 1hour coaching sessions, on the phone or face to face. Including, goal setting discovery and a plan of action!

Star-stone package: 6 x 1hour coaching sessions, on the phone or face to face.  Including, goal setting further discovery and action!.

All packages and sessions are tailor made for the individual and will be designed to best suit your needs.
